Anthony & Don with the kids at Jeremy Ranch ElementaryUtah Skies recently used the moons late arrival to our advantage when we paid a visit to a few groups of 3rd graders in the Park City School District. (Jeremy Ranch, Parley's Park & Trailside Elementary Schools) Responding to a request by Park City Schools Science Coordinator Meri-lyn Stark, Utah Skies did a short lunar studies presentation for the kids… then took them all outside to view the moon through a pair of telescopes. Thanks to all who participated and made the event a great success!
